In order to learn as much about the industry as I can I've decided to do a weekly bio/interview/ informational piece on someone that caught my eye. I think it's fascinating to learn how people got their start and just how other people live. First up is

Edward Enninful

Edward Enninful is a stylist and the fashion director of i-D, a position that he has held since he was 18. He was born in Ghana but moved to London with his family as a teen. He first got his start when he was discovered at age 15 as a model. He started at university but left for his position at i-D, which he has held for 17 years. He is also a contributing editor for Italian, American and L'uomo Vogue. Enninful has worked with the worlds best photographers, including Stephen Meisel, Mario Testino, Annie Leibovitz and Terry Richardson. He has also styled numerous ad campaigns for major fashion houses such as Lanvin, Dior, Alberta Ferretti, Versace, D&G, etc. Damnnnn. Theres also great piece on him from the new york times here.

What I like most about him is how genuine and plain nice he seems! He recieves nothing but praise nn every single one of the articles I've read.
